Delivery & Returns


1. Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order. This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Fast Tracked Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or other factors outside of our control may occur.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is processed.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at TeddiMade@hotmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is either refunded or replaced.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at teddimade@hotmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address supplied. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
